Where we ship

We ship within the United States only at this time.

What it costs

• Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more.
• $4.99 flat rate on orders under $50.

Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no surcharges added afterwards.

Tracking

Every order ships tracked. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned in by the carrier, and that link carries the carrier's live delivery estimate for your address. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to show its first scan after you receive the email — that gap is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Wrong address

Check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email hello@arctezia.com immediately — we can usually correct it before dispatch, but not after.

Lost or stuck parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, email hello@arctezia.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we replace it or refund it in full.
