About ARCTEZIA
A short range, done properly.
ARCTEZIA is a small independent brand based in Miami, Florida. Our flagship is the ARCTEZIA Arc, a bladeless neck fan, and we keep the range deliberately short — a line-up we can answer every question about is worth more than a catalogue we cannot.
It is easy to sell a wearable fan on numbers — battery hours, decibel ratings, wind speeds measured somewhere nobody names. We decided not to. Everything on this site comes from the manufacturer's own specification for the unit we ship, and if that specification does not state something, we do not claim it.
That is why you will not find a run-time in hours or a noise rating for the Arc: its manufacturer publishes neither, so neither do we. Where a manufacturer does publish a figure, we quote it and say whose it is. What is documented for the Arc is what you will find on its page — a bladeless design with no exposed blades near hair or fingers, five wind speeds on a single button, a brushless motor, a rechargeable lithium battery and USB charging.
The rest of the promise is ours rather than the factory's — shipping and delivery windows written plainly, a returns policy that does not fight you, and a real person answering hello@arctezia.com within one business day.

Returns that do not fight you
30 days to send an unused fan back in its original condition. If it arrives damaged, faulty or wrong we replace or refund it in full at no cost to you — just tell us within 48 hours.
