Order tracking

Where is my order?

Paste the tracking number from your shipping email and we will open it with the carrier. If it has not arrived yet, the timeline below shows where your parcel most likely is.

It is in the shipping confirmation email, sent when the carrier scans your parcel in.

What happens, and when

Where your parcel is right now

Every ARCTEZIA order ships tracked. These are the real windows from our shipping policy, measured from the day you order.

  1. Day 0

    Order placed

Your order confirmation arrives by email straight away. Keep it — the order number is what we need for any question.

  2. 1–2 business days

    Dispatched

We pack the parcel and hand it to the carrier, then email you a tracking link. Weekend and holiday orders start on the next business day.

  3. 24–72 hours later

    First carrier scan

Tracking often shows nothing at all until this scan lands. That gap is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.

  4. 5–10 business days

    Delivered

Measured from the day you order, for U.S. addresses. That window already includes the 1–2 days of processing above.

Every window is an estimate rather than a guarantee: carrier delays, weather and remote addresses can add time. Your tracking link carries the carrier's own live estimate for your address, and that is always the most accurate one.

Tracking has not moved

It says no information found

The number is issued when we book the parcel, before the carrier has scanned it in. It can read as unknown for the first day or two.

It has not updated in days

Parcels often travel a long way between scans without reporting. If nothing has changed for 10 business days, email us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

I never got a tracking email

Check your spam folder first — it comes from hello@arctezia.com. If it is not there, email us with your order number and we will send the link again.

Still stuck? Talk to us.

If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, email us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we replace it or refund it in full.
