Every ARCTEZIA order ships tracked. Orders are dispatched in 1–2 business days, with an estimated delivery of 5–10 business days from the day you order. Paste your tracking number below, or use the link in your shipping email.
Your tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email we send when your parcel is scanned in.
That does not look like a tracking number — please check the shipping email and try again.

Check your email
We email a tracking link as soon as the carrier scans your parcel in. It comes from hello@arctezia.com — check your spam folder if you cannot see it.

Open the tracking link
The link carries the carrier's own live delivery estimate for your address, which is always more accurate than a general estimate.

Allow 24–72 hours for the first scan
Tracking often shows nothing for a day or two after your order ships. That is the carrier catching up, not a lost parcel.
Can't find your tracking number?
The first carrier scan can take 24–72 hours to appear after your shipping email — that gap is normal and does not mean anything is wrong. If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, email us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
