  That is the point of a bladeless design. Every opening is a narrow enclosed vent with the moving parts inside the housing, so there is nothing exposed for hair, hood strings or fingers to catch on.

  Air is drawn in through the grilles on the outer sides and released along the inner curve through a run of enclosed micro-vents, so it arrives as an even stream around your neck rather than one narrow jet.

  Five, cycled with a single button — from a soft desk-side breeze up to full output. No app, no dials.

• Product & Use What comes in the box?

  One ARCTEZIA Arc neck fan. It charges over USB, so use any standard USB cable and adapter you already own.

• Battery & Charging How long does a charge last?

  It depends on the speed you use: the lowest setting runs longest and the top setting drains fastest. Our supplier does not publish a battery capacity or a run-time figure for this unit, so we do not quote one rather than guess at a number we cannot stand behind.

• Battery & Charging How do I charge it?

  Over USB, from any wall adapter, laptop or power bank. You can keep wearing the fan while it charges.

• Comfort & Fit Will it fit over a collar, hoodie, or headphones?

  The band flexes open and rests loosely, so shirts and light hoods are no problem. Over-ear headphones fit alongside it since the fan sits low on the neck.

• Comfort & Fit Is it heavy after a few hours?

  It ships at about 437 g including its packaging, and the headphone-style band rests across your shoulders rather than hanging from your neck.

• Shipping & Delivery How much is shipping?

  Free on U.S. orders of $50 or more. Under $50 it is a $4.99 flat rate. Your exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards.

• Shipping & Delivery How long will my order take?

  Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, and estimated delivery is 5–10 business days from the day you order. That is an estimate rather than a guarantee: carrier delays, weather and remote addresses can add time. Your tracking link carries the carrier's own live estimate for your address.

• Shipping & Delivery How do I track my order?

  We email you a tracking link as soon as your parcel is scanned in by the carrier. You can also follow it from our Track Your Order page. The first scan can take 24–72 hours to appear after that email — that gap is normal.

• Shipping & Delivery Do you ship outside the United States?

  Not yet. We ship within the United States only at this time, including U.S. territories.

• Returns & Support What is your return policy?

  You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused fan in its original condition, with the packaging and accessories included. If it arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, we replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you — you pay nothing towards return postage — so long as you email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. If you simply change your mind, the return postage is at your own cost. Either way, email hello@arctezia.com first and we will send a return authorisation and the correct return address.

• Returns & Support Do you offer a warranty?

  There is no manufacturer warranty published for this unit, so we do not advertise one. What ARCTEZIA covers instead: 30 days to return an unused fan in its original condition, and a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you if it arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect — reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Your statutory consumer rights always apply on top of this.
