  • On the lower speeds it is a soft hum; at the top speed you can hear the airflow. We do not publish a decibel rating because our supplier does not specify one — if quiet matters most to you, stay on the lower settings.

  • It ships at about 437 g including its packaging, and the headphone-style band rests across your shoulders rather than hanging from your neck.

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, and estimated delivery is 5–10 business days from the day you order. That is an estimate rather than a guarantee — your tracking link carries the carrier's own live estimate for your address. Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more and a $4.99 flat rate under $50.

  • You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused fan in its original condition. If it arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered we replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you — email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. If you simply change your mind, the return postage is at your own cost.
